Overall Dashboard and KPI Bar
After you log in, TME ClearView opens to the Overall Dashboard for your
user level.
The Overall Dashboard includes a KPI bar and widgets.
KPI stands
for Key Performance Indicator.

KPI Bar
The KPI bar in the Overall Dashboard has the following sections:
- Overall
- Survey
- Closed Loop
- Ichiban CRS
Overall Section
Scores are shown as follows:
- The overall score is shown in a bold
black font
- The small gray number to the right of the overall score shows the
difference from the overall current score and the overall score from
the previous time period.
- A minus sign - in front of the gray number, with a red down arrow,
indicates the score is lower than the previous time period. A plus
sign + in front of the number, with a green up arrow, indicates the
score is higher than the previous time period.
- Under the Overall column,
the Prospect, Purchase, and Service scores are shown
for Question 1 of their respective surveys. The scores are color-coded.

Not all
report views include Purchase data.
- In the
(Detractor),
(Passive),
and
(Recommenders) columns, percentages are shown
in their respective colors of red, amber, and green.
Survey Section
Counts are shown as follows:
- In the top row, the number in blue is the total number of surveys.
- The
icon indicates the number of phone surveys.
- The
icon indicates the number of web surveys.
- In the Prospect, Purchase, and Service
rows, counts are shown for the number of surveys for each program.
Closed Loop Section
Counts are shown as follows:
- In the top row, the
icon
indicates the number of Closed Loops closed within 48 hours.
- In the top row, the
icon indicates the number of New or In-Progress Closed Loops.
- The
icon indicates the number of Late Closed
Loops.
- The
icon indicates
the number of Closed Loops closed after 48 hours.
- In the Prospect, Purchase, and Service Rows, counts are shown for
the number of Closed Loops in each status.
Click any of the counts next to a status icon, and the Closed Loop List
opens, listing the status of the count you clicked.
Comment Stream
Clicking on a customer name within the Comment Stream section will direct
you to the Customer History page.
Clicking on the comment bubble within the Comment Stream section will
direct you to the Comment List / Search
page.
