To select a program, click the program tab. Overall is selected by default.
To select Recommender, Passive or Detractor, click the CRS tab.
To view a specific model, click the All Models tab.
To select Phone or Web, click the All tab.
To update your selections, click
.
Enter a comment or partial comment
in the search box and click 
. The search
results are listed, showing dealer code, customer name, VIN, and
the comment text.
Use the drop-down menu to select the question comments to display.
Click the customer name, and the Customer History report opens to the customer you selected.
If additional comment text is available,
the 
icon
is shown. Hover your mouse over the
icon to see the full comment.
Click the 
arrows at the bottom left corner of the web page.
