Report Generator

To view the Report Generator, click Menu, and under Extract Tools, click Report Generator.

In the Report Generator, you can extract all types of data in TME ClearView to create reports.

Overview

The following partial graphic shows key elements in the Report Generator.

Views

Views determine the type of data that displays in your report. You can select Score, Raw Data, or Contact Stats. Views determine the following report options:

The types of Report Filters that are available.
The list of Selection Groups and Attributes that are available.

Report Filters

Standard filters are available in all reports and you can set up or select any of the following:

Hierarchy
Date range,
Survey source
Program.

The Report Generator provides additional Report Filters, and the View you select determines which Report Filters are available for use.

The following table lists the Report Filters for each View.

NMSC and Country change, based on the report hierarchy you select. For example, if TME is selected, then the next level down, NMSC and Country, are available as Report Filters.

If a Region is selected in report hierarchy, then the next levels down, District, Group, Retailer, and Employee are available as Report Filters.

One filter at Grouped By.

Raw Data

Disposition: CMP, API, Model, and CRS

CMP shows all completed records. API shows records completed by a third party.

Any or all filters at Disposition.

Selection Groups and Attributes

In the above graphic, the Score view is selected, so the following Selection Groups are available:

Key Drivers Scores/Counts
Question Scores
Stats

To see the Attributes within each Selection Group, click the black arrow next to the Selection Group and the relevant Attributes are listed. For example in the above graphic, under Questions Scores, the Q1 - CRS Recommend Dealer, Q3A - Search, and Q3B - Welcome attributes are shown. To view all the available Selection Groups and Attributes, click each View, and then click through the list of Selection Groups.

The Attributes you select are shown as columns in the report.
