Service Dashboard and KPI Bar

To access the Service Dashboard, do either of the following:

The Service Dashboard includes a KPI bar and widgets .

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator.

The KPI bar has three sections and includes the following:

Service
  • The first number in a bold black font shows the  service score for Question 1.

  • The small gray number to the right of the service score shows the difference from the current service score and the service score from the previous time period.

  • A minus sign - in front of the gray number, with a red down arrow, indicates the score is lower than the previous time period. A plus sign + in front of the number, with a green up arrow, indicates the score is higher than the previous time period.

  • Percentages are shown with the following color coded icons: (Detractor), (Passive), and (Recommenders).

Survey

The number in blue is the total number of surveys.

The icon indicates the number of phone surveys.

Theicon indicates the number of web surveys.

Closed Loop

The icon indicates the number of Closed Loops closed within 48 hours.

The icon indicates the number of New or In-Progress Closed Loops.

The icon indicates the number of Late Closed Loops.

The  icon indicates the number of Closed Loops closed after 48 hours.

Click any of the counts next to a status icon, and the Closed Loop List opens, listing the status of the count you clicked.
