To select a program, click the program tab. Overall is selected by default.
To view a specific model, click the All Models tab.
To select Phone or Web, click the All tab.
To update your selections, click
.
In the search box, enter a customer
name, dealer code or dealer name, and then click 
.
In the Status dropdown list, select a status.
Click the customer name, and the Customer History report opens to the customer you selected.
To view the entire comment, in the
Dealer Comment column, click the 
icon.
Click the scroll arrows
Click the up or down arrow 
next to the
column label.
Click the 
arrows at the bottom right corner of the web page.
