Survey List

To view the Survey List report, click Menu, and under Find It, click Survey List.

The Survey List report provides survey information by customer. The report page includes program tabs and filters, and is divided into two sections:

On the left side, are customer names.
On the right side, are survey dates, models, and either key drivers or questions scores.

The following table describes navigation and tasks you can perform in the report.

To perform this task	Do this
Filter your view	To select a program, click the program tab. Overall is selected by default. To select Recommender, Passive or Detractor, click the CRS tab. To view a specific model, click the All Models tab. To select Phone or Web, click the All tab. To update your selections, click . To view either Key Drivers or Questions, click the Process View dropdown list. The Process View dropdown list does not display when the Overall tab is selected.
View customer information	Click the customer name, and the Customer History report opens to the customer you selected.
See columns that are not in view	Hover your mouse over the or arrows to scroll horizontally through the columns.
See the text of a specific question, for example, Q3	Hover your mouse near the column for the question number and the question text displays.
Sort column contents	Click the up or down arrow next to the column label.
Move to the next or previous page	Click the arrows at the bottom right corner of the web page.
